SwimLabs® is a partner with Ironman® and offers our Ironman Certified Coach athletes a super package on fitness swim opportunities in their endless pools. Receive 1 privately coached competitive lesson and a 5 pack of 30 min fitness swims for $220. The coached session will show you all video angles of your stroke so the coach can instruct you on how to make specific and quick adjustments. The 30 min fitness swims are tough! Set your pace and hold it or break the time into intervals. It is the best way to simulate open water swimming!

Deep Dive Clinic - Fundamentals of Freestyle

Fundamentals of Freestyle - Coach Franca hosts this six week clinic that “dives deep” into developing a faster freestyle swim stroke. Focus is on kick efficiency, body positioning, catch/pull/finish arm work, and breath timing with rotation. This class is limited in space and early registration is recommended.

Deep Dive Clinic - Backstroke

Backstroke: for rounding buoys and for the tired triathlete – a 2 hour clinic designed to attain proper body positioning, kick, rotation, arm entry and stroke for a more relaxed and efficient backstroke.  Developing a good backstroke helps with a more efficient freestyle. Also, using backstroke to round buoys in open water is a highly effective form of racing.

Open Water Swim & Triathlon Clinic Retreat

Crossing Currents Aquatics, Endurance 2 Perform, and our coaches are excited to bring you an extraordinary open water swim and triathlon coaching in a weekend retreat! The St. Mary’s location is perfect for this retreat with beautiful, clean open water and a country-like setting for group runs and rides.  
Enjoy all aspects of training and learning to race in an educational and informative program with experienced coaches. Our goal is to provide you with the tools you need to be confident and faster in the open water and to ben an all-around more confident triathlete. Having CONFIDENCE is key to success in any distance endurance event for both beginner and elite athletes!


In addition to all meals and lodging, your weekend includes the following:

  • Two coached open water swim sessions 
  • 3 coached pool sessions
  • Transition practice with tips and trick for basic and advanced strategies
  • Learn how to train without injury and up to date prehab/rehab techniques
  • Discover race week and race day nutrition strategies to nail your next triathlon provided by USAT coach who is also a registered dietician and nutritionist.
  • Yoga, stretch and mediation for busy triathletes
  • Group cycling in gorgeous back roads of St. Mary’s, Maryland.
