Join us for a 1x per week Swim 2 Perform team training session to keep your feel for the water and to work on off season form and speed. Coach Franca is on deck to help you develop your stroke and prepare you for your season before adding lots of volume.
These are 1 hour workouts held at the beautiful Georgetown Prep indoor pool. Access to the locker room and showers are provided.

Join our 3-part clinic series designed specifically for triathletes who want to swim faster, smoother, and more confidently — in the pool and on race day. Each 1.5-hour session builds on the last, helping you fine-tune your form and carry that efficiency into open water.
The 3 Clinics
1️⃣ Find Your Flow: Technique & Efficiency for Triathletes
Learn the key stroke fundamentals that create effortless speed.
We’ll break down body position, rotation, breathing, and the catch to make your stroke smoother and stronger.
2️⃣ Power & Propulsion: Building a Faster, More Efficient Stroke
Turn your good form into forward speed.
This session focuses on stroke timing, connection, and rhythm — plus drills that improve propulsion and reduce drag.
3️⃣ Race-Ready in Open Water: Strategy, Sighting & Confidence
Apply everything you’ve learned to real race conditions.
Practice sighting, starts, and drafting while learning how to stay calm, fast, and focused in open water.

Dates: February 7, 21 and March 7 (Video analysis sessions available separately on February 28th)

Receive underwater and above water video of your stroke along with a voice over, personalized swim stroke analysis. This video is accompanied by a custom workout specifying drills chosen for you to practice and links to videos on how to perform them. This drill work is designed to supplement your regular training, or to be used as a replacement of your warmup before beginning main sets.
Repeat the analysis weekly, bi-weekly or as desired for continued personalized coaching development and feedback.

Private swim sessions with a coach trained in the art of analyzing technique are the best way to quickly identify flaws in your stroke and become a more efficient swimmer.
Sessions are currently being held at the Georgetown Prep pool November - March. Other locations by request.
1 hour session = $125
1/2 hour session = $75
