SWIM 2 Perform

TRIATHLETE STROKE & SPEED CLINICS

3 small group sessions designed for triathletes to improve freestyle stroke, efficiency, and speed.  Coached with individual attention and correction for each athlete. The clinics build upon one another, so the more you can attend the better!

  • Swim stroke development and correction

SWIM 2 PERFORM VIRTUAL FREESTYLE TECHNIQUE TUNE-UP

Spend a block of time focusing on your swim technique 

this off season and reap the benefits at your next event!


  • 4 week (longer as needed) program to follow at your own pace.
  • Form focused to generate more freestyle power and speed
  • Written descriptions and videos to follow.
  • 3-4 structured swim workouts per week.


Novice and Experienced Swimmers

If you are a novice swimmer, this program is perfect!  You will learn the basics of freestyle from the beginning and progress at your own pace.  There are written descriptions and video demonstrations for you to follow for every workout.


If you are an intermediate or advanced swimmer, this program is perfect!  You may alreay KNOW the basics, but likely need to spend time practicing and perfecting them.  You can move quickly through the sections that are easy for you, and spend more time perfecting the ones that are not.

PRIVATE SWIM SESSIONS

E2P professional swim coaches can help you identify flaws in your stroke and become a more efficient swimmer. Sessions can be done at your preferred pool (if permitted) or at Old Farm Pool when available.  Open water private training is also available April - November.  


1 hour session = $100

1/2 hour session = $60

SWIM ANALYSIS AND CUSTOM PROGRAM

Receive underwater and above water video of your stroke along with a voice over, personalized swim stroke analysis.  This video is accompanied by a custom workout specifying drills chosen for you to practice and links to videos on how to perform them.  This drill work is designed to supplement your regular training, or to be used as a replacement of your warmup before beginning main sets. 


Repeat the analysis weekly, bi-weekly or as desired for continued personalized coaching development and feedback.

GROUP SWIM COACHING

Swim 2 Perform triathlon specific swim training is designed to prepare Endurance 2 Perform athletes to compete in short or long course open water events this season.  It focuses on freestyle and builds volume and intensity while incorporating special open water skills to ensure the best swim performance possible on race day. 


Our swim classes are held at the HEATED outdoor Old Farm Pool

Endurance Swim Training for Triathletes - 90 minutes

5:30am – 7am

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 

This 90 minute class is great for athletes looking to increase volume, develop endurance and speed, and for those who are planning to compete in open water swim events or triathlons.  In addition to specific technique drills during warm-up, swimmers will complete a main set that incorporates skills used for open water. Total distance approximately 3,000 - 4,000 yards.

Endurance 2 Perform is an official club of US Masters Swimming as well as USA Triathlon and USA Cycling.  When you register with USMS for your open water events or swim meets, or with USAT for your triathlon races, you can choose E2P as your preferred club!
