Focus 2 Perform℠

At E2P, we believe that training goes beyond just the physical aspect of preparation for an event. What goes on inside your mind and the type of self-talk you practice will influence everything you do in training and in competition. By learning to understand, manage, and use your brain in an effective way, you will achieve your best performance!

Mental coaching clinics

Being mentally strong on race day is just as important as being physically strong.  Learn techniques to develop a strong, positive mental attitude and be prepared to tackle any scenario you could encounter on the course. These clinics will be over zoom.  Free to E2P athletes on any E2P training plan!


7pm on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, February - May 2023

The Time Crunched Athlete - stress management skills to balance life, work and training

Visualizing your Outcome - setting realistic goals and creating a plan to achieve them 

Confidence in Competition - managing anxiety leading up to race day and incorporating self-talk to improve performance 

Dealing with Defeat - how to bounce back from a negative performance

E2P members with any training plan can register at no charge by emailing Christina@endurance2perform.com


For those athletes or guests not on a training plan who would like to attend, each session is a $10 drop in rate
