A 60 min session that combines both Passive and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching. Passive stretching gently holding and moving the position to increase the range of motion around a joint. PNF is the stretch and contraction of the targeted muscle group. It is an advanced form of flexibility training that is highly effective for certain muscle groups and for most athletes. Added to this is a deep tissue massage-like action with a Hypervolt which provides precise myofascial release with up to 3,200 percussions per minute. The session targets a certain area where the athlete needs focus. For example, plantar facia and calves, TFL and IT Bands, hamstrings, quads, low back, hips, upper back, chest or shoulders. These sessions can help prevent injuries down the road.

Each session includes a full 30 min in the Normatec® boots which cover the entire leg and thigh, and/or the hip and core unit which targets the upper thigh, glutes and low back.
