The E2P youth & junior multisport program is designed to encourage developing young athletes to discover the joy, health, and teamwork available through multisport activities. It also focuses on fostering self-confidence and personal growth in multisport activity by training for local events and potentially qualifying for Nationals .
E2P team athletes (7-11 and 12-16) who want to foster self-confidence and personal growth in swim, bike and run activities and have fun doing it!
Annual Team Registration is only $20 and required for participation in programs.
There are 2 programs to choose from, or choose both!
Swim / Run - A Splash and Dash program where participants will receive dedicated coaching to complete an age-group appropriate distance in a pool, and learn to bridge two sports together by including a run either before or after the swim time. Eligible youth athletes must be able to swim one lap of the pool. Athletes (especially in Jr/Elite) who belong to swim teams may participate as their schedule allows and will focus on skill development for open water situations.
Bike / Run - A Duathlon program where participants will receive dedicated coaching to complete an age-group appropriate distance duathlon (run-bike-run format) by the end of summer, either at a local event or with the team at the end of the program
SWIM / RUN
- June 22 – Aug 17 (no class the week of July 4th) with Aug 24 as a make-up day
- Training will take place at Old Farm Pool
- Tuesday evenings at 6:45pm
BIKE / RUN
- June 24 – Aug 19 (no class the week of July 4th) with Aug 26 as a make-up day
- Germantown Recreation area
- Thursday evenings 5pm youth and 6pm JR/elite
Summer Swim / Run - $90
Summer Bike / Run - $90

Private coaching is available for young athletes.
Group Training Peaks plan - a monthly training plan based on age and training objective. This does not include an upgraded TP account but does include feedback on training 1-2x per month. $50/month
Private sessions for youth and junior under age 18 are $50/30 minutes and $80/hour. For more details and to set up a session, please email Anne@endurance2perform.com
The E2P Racing Team is for:
- ages 11 - 15 (youth), ages 16 - 18 (junior)
- kids who want to train because they love to compete!
- may attend nationals youth & junior or elite race in August, or plan to
compete in other events later this season
Extra training options:
A monthly plan for youth and JR athletes to stay on top of their training with daily goals that build safely and effectively. Designed to include swim (simulated), bike, run, strength & stretch based on the phase of training $40/month.
A monthly training plan for the young athlete who wants to grow in the sport. This plan is completely personalized and incorporates benchmark testing, training, strength and development to achieve specific goals. This plan is monitored weekly by the coach and communication on workouts is required.
Work with your coach in person to achieve your goals and develop your skills!
60 min - $80
2 or more athletes can work with the coach on specialized skills in a semi-private format. (Minimum of 2 participants)
