Any youth (7-10), junior (11-13) or E2P racing team athletes (11-16) who want to foster self-confidence and personal growth in multisport activity and have fun doing it!
Weekly team trainings that focus on skills and speed for biking and running as well as functional strength for development. Athletes will enjoy the camaraderie of the team activities while practicing social distancing.
Participants will need to bring a bike, helmet, run shoes/bike shoes, water bottles, a large towel, hat and sunglasses to every training.
Training will primarily take place at Needwood Park due to the great biking path and closed road run areas.
Thursday afternoons 3pm for Jr/Elite athletes and 4pm for youth athletes beginning October 1st and ending November 19th.
At the end of thee fall season, athletes will participate in our own E2P duathlon! This will be a great way for athletes to put their skills and training to the test and finish off the training with some fun!
E2P coaches will be following strict social distancing protocol and follow all local guidelines on holding outdoor. All athletes and parents are expected to follow these guidelines as well. Details on guidelines will be provided to each registrant.

Private coaching is available for young athletes.

The E2P Racing Team is for:
- ages 11 - 15 (youth), ages 16 - 18 (junior)
- kids who want to train because they love to compete!
- may attend nationals youth & junior or elite race in August, or plan to
compete in other events later this season
Extra training options:
A monthly plan for youth and JR athletes to stay on top of their training with daily goals that build safely and effectively. Designed to include swim (simulated), bike, run, strength & stretch based on the phase of training $40/month.
A monthly training plan for the young athlete who wants to grow in the sport. This plan is completely personalized and incorporates benchmark testing, training, strength and development to achieve specific goals. This plan is monitored weekly by the coach and communication on workouts is required.
