The Endurance 2 Perform youth & junior multisport program is designed to encourage developing young athletes to discover the joy, health, and teamwork available through multisport activities. It also focuses on fostering self-confidence and personal growth in multisport activity by training for local events and potentially qualifying for Nationals.
Any E2P team athletes (7-11 and 12-17) who want to foster self-confidence and personal growth in swim, bike, and run activities and have fun doing it! Strong swim, bike or run skills are NOT required!

Save your weekends and come join us on Tuesday evenings for 6 fun clinics and mini events this summer! Sign up for all 6 or sign up for your favorite clinics individually. All clinics are appropriate for athletes who are not necessarily strong swimmers, bikers or runners.
NOTE: the E2P annual team registration and USAT membership are required to participate in all programs
This is a series of 3 clinics each followed by an unofficially timed mini splash & dash event! The clinics will teach athletes all the fine details of the swim, the run and transitioning between the two. By the third clinic, athletes will see improvement in their time and ability. Great for novice athletes! For those youth and junior athletes with experience, this is a great opportunity to practice your skills and get even faster!
Distances for the events are as follows:
Youth 7-8: swim 50 meters, run 1 K (.62 mile)
Youth 9-10: swim 100 meters , run 1.5 K (.9 mile)
Youth 11-12: swim 200 meters, run 2 K (1.24 miles)
Youth 13-17: swim 300 meters, run 2.5 K (1.5 miles)
Parents/guardians are required to volunteer at the events - it takes a village!
Equipment needed: goggles, towel, sneakers, a bathing suit you can run in, shorts and T-shirt, water bottle.

Want to learn how to TRI? Got a race on the schedule? Need to fine tune your transition skills? Or, maybe you just want to have some fun! Triathlon clinics will allow athletes to practice their swim race distance, get tips on improving their swim, practice transitioning to the bike, handling their bike through transition, and practicing their run distance. New and experienced athletes welcome!
Equipment needed: goggles, a bathing suit you can run in, towel, sneakers, shorts and T-shirt, well fitting bicycle with working brakes, helmet, water bottle.

A monthly training plan for the young athlete who wants to grow in the sport. This plan is completely personalized and incorporates benchmark testing, training, strength and development to achieve specific goals. This plan is monitored weekly by Coach Dorrer.

For those young athletes who want s program to follow on their own to help them prepare for an event. It is not personalized, but is catered to the athlete's age and race distances.
