As a member of the 2019 E2P TRI and CYCLE Club Team, you receive:
Workouts will include warm ups, dynamic stretching, run drills, speed work, hill repeats, stadiums, band work and boot camp style strength exercises. Bring a towel and water bottle. Bathrooms are not available so take care of business prior to arriving.
