Coach Franca, a World Championship Aquabike Qualifier and 3-time Ironman finisher, is dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels and experience improve their health and athletic performance through swimming.  Her focus on technique, kick and stroke efficiency, and swimming-specific strength training has helped fitness, competitive, and open water triathlon swimmers improve their performance and achieve their goals.

Her coaching philosophy is to ensure our athletes achieve their goals by developing training programs unique to the clients current fitness level to reach optimal results, eliminating setbacks or injury, while enjoying the process and having FUN!
